AEONX ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

AEONX is operated by Andrew Williams as a registered sole trader (enskild firma) in Sweden, with "AEONX" as a registered trading name (verksamhetsnamn).

What data we collect

We collect personal data through two forms on our website:

Inquiry form: your name, email address, a description of what you're building, and your area of interest (Clarity Session, Ongoing Partnership, or general inquiry).

Newsletter form: your email address only.

We do not collect any data automatically. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on this website.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox before submitting either form. Under GDPR, this is covered by Article 6(1)(a).

How we use your data

• Inquiry form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and explore whether there is a fit for working together. We may follow up by email.
• Newsletter email addresses are used solely to send you periodic updates, insights, and news about AEONX. We will not send marketing for third-party products or services.

Who has access to your data

Your data is accessible only to Andrew Williams (the founder and sole operator of AEONX). We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.

Form submissions are delivered via email through our hosting provider (Namecheap). Your data may therefore be processed by our hosting provider's mail servers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

How we store your data

Form submissions are received as emails and stored within our email system (Google Workspace). We do not maintain a separate database of personal data. Data is retained for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion.

Your rights under GDPR

As an individual in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe your rights have been violated

Newsletter unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by emailing hello@aeonx.global with the subject line "Unsubscribe". We will remove your email address within 7 days.

Children's data

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
